Can't stop recording

If you are using CyanogenMod, then the most common cause is that the Privacy Guard does not allow Horizon to use the microphone. So, please go to Privacy Guard and make sure that it grands Horizon access to the microphone.

If you are using a rooted device and have installed an app that controls the access of the apps to curtain device features, make sure that it grands Horizon access to the microphone.
